Shipping Policy

At Factory V, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Here are our shipping details:

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Factory V is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  5. Damages: Factory V is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: Customers have 15 days from the date of receiving their item to request a refund or exchange.

  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  3. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please email us at jess@factoryv.co. Once the exchange is approved, send your item to: 594 Fern Meadow Loop, Orofino, ID 83544.

  4. Return Process:

    • Email us at jess@factoryv.co to initiate a return.

    • Ship the item back to us at 594 Fern Meadow Loop, Orofino, ID 83544.

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  5. Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular items.
